We had originally envisioned this video blog post as three distinct segments. Removal of the flat tire, diagnosis and repair, and installation of a repaired tube. But, when we got going it just seemed to flow better as one video. One of the clear benefits of working on recumbent trikes is that you don't have to remove your front wheels to service the tires. Because of this fact, we believe every trike rider should know how to properly remove their front tire and repair or replace a damaged tube.
